6. SMS/Text Messaging
When drivers check in at our facility, we collect a mobile telephone number through our check-in form. That number is used solely to send appointment status notifications related to that driver's visit (for example, door assignments, arrival confirmations, and readiness updates). We do not use these numbers for advertising or marketing.
- No sharing or sale for marketing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information collected through our check-in form are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consistent with Section 3, we may only disclose this information to service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies per warehouse visit. A driver may receive several messages during a single check-in and none between visits.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on the driver's mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out and help. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send. For assistance, reply HELP.
